Ingredients
1 baguette (baked)
olive oil
2 garlic gloves
125 g oyster mushroom
Max&Bien Truffle cheese
20 g arugula
Method:
- Preheat a grill pan. Cut the baguette into 1.5 cm slices, brush with olive oil and cook in the grill pan for 4-5 minutes, or until you see grill marks. Then flip and cook the other side.
- Peel the garlic and cut one of the cloves in half. Rub this over one side of the baguette after it has been grilled. Then place the baguettes on the serving board.
- Tear the oyster mushrooms into strips and place them in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of oil, salt and pepper. Grate in the rest of your garlic cloves and mix well, until the oyster mushroom is coated with oil.
- Place the oyster mushrooms in the grill pan and grill until wilted and lightly browned. Meanwhile, cut the Max&Bien truffle cheese into thin, oblong slices.
- Divide the truffle cheese over the sandwiches and finish with the oyster mushrooms and arugula.
