These mini rye bread sandwiches are the perfect way to start your weekend

Ingredients

Rye bread

150g Herbs&Garlic cheese from Max&Bien

Cornichons

Cocktail stick or skewer

Method:

  1. Cut the rye bread into 3cm squares.
  2. Slice the cheese and cut it into 3cm squares.
  3. Put a cornichon, a rye bread square, a cheese square and another rye bread square onto each stick.
