Bruschetta with tomatoes & strawberries

Do you want to surprise your friends? Serve this delicious alternative to bruschetta!


150g Tomato&Olives cheese from Max&Bien

3 truss tomatoes

150g punnet of fresh strawberries

Sprig of basil leaves

3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 baguette


  1. Slice the baguette diagonally.
  2. Lightly brown the slices under the grill until they are crunchy.
  3. Halve the tomatoes and remove the juicy parts. Chop the remainder into evenly sized cubes measuring approx. 1cm.
  4. Remove the green bits from the strawberries before chopping them into evenly sized cubes measuring approx. 1cm.
  5. Finely chop the basil leaves into pieces measuring approx. 0.5cm.
  6. Chop the cheese into evenly sized cubes measuring approx. 1cm.
  7. Mix the chopped tomatoes, strawberries, basil and cheese together.
  8. Add 3 tbsp of balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
  9. Generously top each toasted slice of baguette with the tomato and strawberry mixture.
