Appetizer with olive tomato Max&Bien and grilled bell pepper

Do you want to surprise your friends? Serve this delicious appetizer!


4 slices of dark bread

3 pieces of grilled peppers, in a jar

1/2 block Max&Bien olive tomato


  1. Cut the bread into small squares of about 4cm by 4cm.
  2. Optional: toast the buns briefly in the oven at 180 degrees for 4-5 minutes until they are crispy.
  3. Cut or slice the cheese and cover the buns with it.
  4. Drain the grilled peppers and cut them into oblong strings.
  5. Build a tower of bread- Max&Bien olive tomato and grilled peppers. Stick a skewer through this and serve immediately.

Tip! Don’t throw away the crusts of the bread, but save it to make croutons.
