Crostini with cheese and onion chutney

these crostini

Ingredients

1 white baguette

150g Truffle cheese from Max&Bien

Onion chutney

Walnuts

Method

  1. Slice the baguette thinly.
  2. Lightly brown the slices under the grill until they are crunchy.
  3. Thinly cut the cheese using a cheese slicer.
  4. Roughly chop the walnuts.
  5. Top each slice of baguette with the cheese, some onion chutney and chopped walnuts.
