This flatbread is the perfect way to start your weekend
Ingredients
2 flatbreads
5 radishes
50 g Max&Bien garlic cheese
4 tbsp vegan pesto
Method:
- Bake the flatbread in the oven according to the instructions on the package.
- Meanwhile, shave the radishes and cheese thinly with a mandolin.
- Spread the pesto on the flatbread and top with the radish and cheese. Finish with herbs such as parsley if desired.
