These ‘old-school’ appetizers are a new twist on an old classic
Ingredients
150g Herbs&Garlic cheese from Max&Bien
Bag of mixed lettuce
1 peach, peeled and pitted
Jar of pickled onions (sweet & sour)
Cocktail sticks or skewers
Method:
- Cut the Herbs&Garlic cheese into cubes.
- Slice the peach into thin wedges.
- Put a pickled onion, a peach slice, a small lettuce leaf and a piece of Herbs&Garlic cheese onto each stick.
